Yahtzee Score Sheet
Print a clean, blank Yahtzee scorecard for game night. The standard and large print sheets below use the same thirteen categories and have room to write each score.
Choose the regular size for a compact sheet with generous scoring lines, or use the large print version when players prefer bigger labels and writing spaces. The tables are part of this page's HTML, so both scorecards appear without scripts and remain available if the page is printed offline from a saved copy.

How to use the printable score sheet
Give every player their own scorecard. On a turn, roll five dice up to three times, then write the result in one open category. The printed score boxes are blank: decide the score from the dice and rules, then record the number. A zero still fills a category and cannot be changed later.
The six upper rows count matching dice only. If you roll 2, 2, 2, 5, 6, for instance, you would write 6 in Twos. The upper subtotal is the sum of Ones through Sixes. If it reaches 63, the upper bonus row is worth 35 points; otherwise write zero or leave a dash and include no bonus in the final total.
The lower rows cover Three of a Kind, Four of a Kind, Full House, Small Straight, Large Straight, Yahtzee, and Chance. Three of a Kind needs three matching dice and scores the sum of all five; Four of a Kind needs four and also scores the sum. A Full House is exactly three dice of one number plus two of another and scores 25. Small Straight means four consecutive faces for 30 points, while Large Straight is five consecutive faces for 40. Yahtzee is five matching dice for 50 when scored in that box. Chance has no pattern requirement and scores the sum of all dice. Add these seven category values in Lower subtotal.
After the Yahtzee box contains 50, each additional five of a kind earns a 100-point bonus, subject to Joker placement rules. If the Yahtzee box contains zero, a later Yahtzee still uses the Joker category order but earns no 100-point bonus. Write extra points in Yahtzee bonus, then add that row to the seven lower-category values in Lower subtotal. Add Upper total and Lower subtotal to find Grand total; the Upper total includes the Upper bonus when earned. If you are playing in a group, everyone can use the same rules while keeping their own sheet; pass the dice to the next player after each turn.
Choose a size that suits your table
The standard sheet takes less room on a clipboard or table and leaves clear scoring boxes. The large print sheet uses taller rows and larger text for easier reading and handwriting. Both list the categories in play order: upper section first, then the lower section and final totals. They are separate pages in print so you can print only the first sheet from your browser's page controls, or print the whole pair for a player who wants more writing space.
For a standard upper box, add only dice of its face value: four 3s count 12 in Threes even if the other dice add several more points. A 63 upper subtotal earns a 35-point bonus; write 35 in the bonus row and combine it with the six upper scores in Upper total. For example, an upper subtotal of 61 does not reach the threshold, so the bonus is zero. The scorecard leaves dedicated rows for both calculations to help avoid a missed bonus when adding the final result.
The buttons above provide a convenient single-sheet print command. They only select which of the already-rendered sheets is printed; the scorecards themselves do not depend on JavaScript. When scripting is unavailable, use your browser's Print command and both sheet layouts appear, one per page. Select a standard US Letter or A4 option in the print dialog if your printer uses one of those paper sizes, and turn off browser-added headers or footers for the cleanest scorecard.
